: Your reflection as you step onto your mat.

n our mat, the results of how we treated our body the previous day are right there for us to witness. Your mat is a mirror, when you step onto it, your actions are reflected back at you. You directly experience cause and effect, both good and bad. You feel how heavy food…

Let go of the trash corporations are feeding you and take control. Start small and add the herbs, the vegetables, the fruits you grow yourself to what you get from your local markets. But the time is now to take control! Have a lovely little garden m’dears.

We are, each of us, largely responsible for what gets put into our brains, for what, as adults, we wind up caring for and knowing about. No longer at the mercy of the reptile brain, we can change ourselves.

On Blood

It’s the brightest colour, something is wired into us to pay attention to blood, that particular shade of red. It’s beautiful and terrifying. Having a lazy day? Walking down the street not paying attention to your surroundings? The sight of it shocks you back into reality. When you see it it’s all you can focus on, your hearts starts to beat faster, you breathe heavier, you begin to panic. Because it is a means to live, and it is built into us that the sight of blood means someone is struggling to survive.
